Turner Petroleum Land Services, Inc. was founded by Clint W. Turner, CPL, and incorporated in January 1997. TPLS was formed to provide Professional Landman services for the growing number of exploration companies developing the greater Uintah Basin of Utah, later expanding into other producing areas of Utah and the Intermountain West. 

We have been an industry partner for large exploration companies and small startups alike. Whether it be a large lease play covering tens of thousands of acres or the acquisition of a small drill site, TPLS has the Professional Landman experience to move your project forward to completion.
